- Added new HD incap icon
- Slightly improved first person arms

Sort of an underwhelming update. I WILL perfect those damned arms.

- Added specular map (No more shiny head, visor is still shiny)
- Changed envmap and phong settings
- Feet are now in their proper position
- Slightly improved first person arms
- Added a bit of contrast to the in-game HUD icons
