- Added automatic support for the PaP camo for SWEP construction kit weapons

- Added clear descriptions to the death note upgrade that display on switching the cause of death
- Made the sounds played by the upgraded death note louder
- Fixed the upgraded explosion cause of death giving you the death note back
- Added a message for the owner and victim of the upgraded death note on the victim dying
