Re-added saving settings changed via the F1 menu, via a new safer method! (Saving all convar values manually in a .json file)

Your old settings are reset, but you are now able to set them back!

Re-added the jester emulator upgrade after adding more checks to ensure the PaP is upgrading the right weapon

Removed the jester emulator upgrade, because its classname was too generic and the upgrade was being applied to random weapons

Removed saving convars as this was causing a major issue where players couldn't join servers at all, you now need to use your server's config file, see the README:

- Fixed B.O.B not spawning in when the upgraded Viper Rifle is used
- Fixed upgraded Machine Pistol displaying the "You are no longer hacked" message on the round after it was used
