2 new items, Cold Heart(Uncommon), Headband(Rare)

Changes:
Glass Shard now gets +1 Scratch Damage for each adjacent Glass Shard

Changes:
Fighters Will now converts all Block into Scratch Damage,
Fighters Will rarity from Uncommon to Rare

Notes:
Fighters Will caused some performance issues so the effect changed for now. Might get changed back or added as a new item once I get this to work better
