Loitering Munition,
minor change.
Note ,since they are a moving mine ,the enemy cannot see them.
However since they are a mine ,enemy engineers can disable them -so watch out,
try to use them on non engineer enemies.
They could be fun to experiment with.

Few fixes.
Seems there is a bug when using 240hp ,which only show as 24hps.
I have changed these units to 250hps
