Massive update under the hood: Start of the Seed talent tree.

* Added new seeds from Thalassaphobia: Rustwilt seed and Shroom Seed.
* Reworked almost every seed in this mod to be more balanaced/fun.
* Updated item descriptions for most seeds.

Note: I'm still working on the seed talent tree, so feedback is welcome. I plan to also update the guide book with new info, I havn't gotten to that sorry!

Bit of a bigger update as I got distracted and tried to do some cool shit like make diving suits protect from gases, turns out its really hard to do.

Whats changed:
* New T2 Talent, Focused Nozzels - 25 percent more "Damage" with any gas canister or tank in the chemical sprayer.
* Fixed some recipies with crafting canisters, added the medical skill that was missing.
* Added a new gas/pox which is the start of something awful but fun, Chemical Warfare.
* Changed how the basic Botanist gear damage values work, let me know what you think, I added some gas resistance so you don't die so easy to your own product but lowed the spore protection.
* Fixed some of my bad english in the translation file. (Readers note, English is my first and only language)

So whats this new gas/pox? Raptor Pox - a new awful creation that uses the power of infectious disease to slay your foes, Science!

More ideas are in the works but I am currently having mod authors block which is like writers block. Suggestions are naturally welcome about what kind of sinful creations you would like to see introduce, I already have an idea for something related to husk for those church of the husk fans out there.

Added new T2 Talent: Intellectual Curiosity

Works much like the assistant talent but with the addition of a assistant job as an option as well which gives +5 to all skills. Does not give experience gain for skills.

The aim is to offer a sub talent that gives +5 to all skills vs +20 in all skills, hopefully this is an interesting decision to make to most players, either get more skills from being a generalist or get a +20 skill bonus in a specific skill that interests you.

Added a new talent: Herbal Remedies, the first of the tier two talents.

Gives 10 to medical, bandages are 25 percent more effective when applied by the botanist and pomegrenade extract is twice as effective when applied by the botanist.

Hopefully this will encorage people to continue to grow their little gardens and allow to synergy with medical. Also means the botanist can fill in as a poor mans medical doctor if need be.

Updated Stack sizes to 32 for stackable items. This is to prep for the changes upcoming in the next patch.

While you can currently carry 32 items in your inventory in the current Barotrauma patch with Botanophobia when the next Barotrauma patch drops it will be limited back to 8 items per stack on your character, the 32 item stack still applies in cabinets which is in line with vanilla.

Fixed Sprinklers not being able to be detached once placed. Thanks to @Lux for finding that issue.

Reduced pick (detach) time of Sprinkler from 10 seconds to 4 seconds, it was way too long and a pain in the ass to move if you misplaced.

Changed the Botanist Mask to work like the PUCS, it now only drains an O2 tank if there is low O2 in the room.

Updated In game guide to better detail what the tools do.

Added new talent: Sprinkler, allows you to craft sprinklers.

Added new talent: Organic Scraps, you gain a 20% chance to gain double the output when deconstructing a seed or plant produce.

Start of the Talent update.

WARNING: This is subject to change based on your feedback. Talents *should* be refunded as I add/remove them.

Added new Talents:

* Seed Harvester - Find unidenified seeds on dead monsters.
* Black Market Seeds - Research Outposts/Cities sell seeds and buy seeds for 50 percent more.
* Lab Contracts - You buy Chemicals 50 percent cheaper. Craft Gas canisters 100 percent faster.
* Fertilizer - An alternative to using uranium, you can instead use base chemicals to craft another form of fertilizer. Great for not irradiating the crew or stealing fuel.

Updated the Canister Launcher to not need the bag slot anymore to match its sprite size. Can now fit in any normal inventory slot.
