Fixed scaling on all paints, and implemented the Bases system into paint groupings. Also adjusted the size of Mannana Peeled/Sax Waxed center stickers, and added missing Macaw Masked VMT file. Fixed some warpaints being mislabeled in Bat Data.json. Added entries for Summer 2023 warpaints.
