- Fixed issue with satchels from TheyKnew mod spawning unmodded by this one (relevant only for Build42)
- Reduced chance for Survivalists zombies to be spawned with satchels (relevant only for Build42)

- Build42. Small change for sandbox lua, changed function accessibillity from the global one to the local. Should help with other mods compatibility.
