-Traits no longer tell the player they enhance the leaders, because spoiler alert, they don't
-Changed the "Every Individual a King" resolution tree to be more gender-neutral and even less human-centric
-Greatly reduced the time it takes to select, pass and veto a resolution to accomodate for new resolutions

-Potentially fixed the issue when normal empires couldn't enact displacement
-Accordingly edited the relevant resolutions, so they wouldn't lock or somehow affect the displacement
