-Fixed the icons for upgraded megastructures not working properly
-The Habitable Dyson Sphere should now be correctly displayed on the star system view

-Shotouts to Spotblur for helping me discover this bug! Fixed an issue where the upgraded Interstellar Assembly lost its opinion modifier (also made the modifier bigger, instead of +150 it grants +250 opinion)

-Fixed a bug where the Megashipyard's full upgrade wasn't able to construct titans and other "high-tier" vessels
-Additionally, added all the newly added Megastructures into the scripted_effects folder just in case 👌

-Removed an now-unused file that changed the relay edicts. Since the copycat megastructure does not exist, there is no need in keeping those edict changes

-Separated the one and only new sound file from the vanilla files to prevent further compatibility mishaps
-Finally, at long last, the issue with Hyper Relays has been resolved! You can now build them by right clicking without the Interstellar Railways resolution
