Huge update:
New good; Gourmet Food. Hotels now produce some Gourmet food for free, with upgrades which need actual workers.
New good; Books. This good will replace paper and dye in places I have set them up, starting with the Owner buildings.
This update includes a bunch of fixes I've been ignoring, well, mostly just fixing the building icons having the face.
I've reincorporated Steel Ore Mills into Steel Mills because I decided the AI wasn't designed to have to deal with such a set up, this means Steel Mills now output a lot more Steel.
Added a new Sin Building, this and the old Sin building produce Gourmet Food. (Ortolan Bunting)
Finally updated Maple Trees in Russia after the 1.7 update.
Canadian Rebellion modifier.
Chinese GDP collapse compensation buff. (WIP)

Added Poznan, renamed to Posen when spawned for its intended purpose, and that purpose is:

Poland is not yet lost update: Added an optional decision which will add in Congress Poland, you can also spawn Posen and/or Galicia-Lodomeria, or you can give all of that land to an independent Krakow, who will then be able to form Poland.

Decided to turn it into a normal building instead of a monument. Gave it Apartments as well because why not?

Gold has been split into two goods, Gold as portrayed in Vanilla, and Gild, which is half as valuable and has most of the uses I previously gave Gold. You can only produce Gild by turning Gold into Gild, and Gold has to be used for Minting. This means a buff to 2 buildings, Mints now produce a bonus 1k minting and Industrial Gilders are available a tech earlier. I have moved some production methods to a tech after the tech they were on previously after determining that such a change was appropriate.

Pasteurization is a big deal mmmk? Lot of things can now be Pasteurized, and it pisses me off to have learned that Victoria 3's tech tree is behind the historical curve, as in America should start the game with Canning technology since the tech was available in America *14* years before game start. There is now a military use for Medicine and Fungi. Fixed some localization I have been ignoring.

Fixed several Power Bloc things being broken, reworked Railroads again, expanded added buildings to cover nations who have a need for Marble but don't have it at game start.

Tool Handles has been massively expanded. From a mere 7 to an impressive 25. It is now possible to make Handles out of Hardwood and Plastic. There are now Half Handles which don't need a Wood Input. And there is are Union Handles, which combine all available inputs.

I looked into the Ore Issue even more, and now construction sector demand should be accounted for.
