You can now get Afro-American culture as a primary culture if you don't end up in a civil war. The Peculiar Reconciliation Event can now give you the culture as a primary if Afro-Americans aren't discriminated against, thus actually giving you a reason to change to Cultural Exclusion. (Or Multiculturalism, if you can manage such a change.)

With a Charcoal Factory actually on the map at game start, that means I have to actually attempt to balance them so that they work, well now I have. With the addition of 2 new production method groups and a rework to the Wood to Coal pmg, they should actually work as intended, as in provide an alternative to Coal Mining, which historically wasn't as reliable as just burning up wood.

Added a bunch of minor trade routes in a few locations to boost some minor economies. Added buildings to boost more economies. Gave Sweden a Charcoal Factory. Updated Charcoal Factories to be better. Money now benefits from the Gold Standard.

Britain now has Industrial Gilders built at game start. Industrial Gilders now require something to melt the Gold, so now they use the same thing that Dhokra Art uses for its heating needs. Dhokra Art can now burn Hardwood for its needs. Polish nations now get an economic buff at game start.

Military rework, if you have guns, you need lead and explosives, just because it's not a fancy good like ammunition doesn't mean you can point a *empty* cannon at someone and expect them to die, this isn't WH40k and you aren't Orks. This update means some markets get additional levels of artillery buildings and some others get more lead mills. The German Confederation now exports Lead to Russia and Sweden. You can now upgrade from the bottom to the top, so no manually rebuilding your entire army and navy just to get end game stuff.

This change gives you an economic incentive to build up your explosive and lead production before you unlock ammunition. Since Irregulars now need copper to represent a metal input requirement for swords (I would have used Iron but Subsistence produces Copper Metal), there's also an incentive to build up copper in your nation, not a lot but a little, which combos well with getting ammunition since turning copper into ammunition is a thing you can do.

Fixed several bugs, added Plastic Chairs (Furniture pm tied to Plastics, turn not Glass into Furniture), split Furniture into two buildings. Contacted someone who was more patient, and I have now updated the map to be more in line with Vanilla. State Trait to Alaska, clean up in Colorado, Guayana Rubber Buff, Alxa and Urga now can have Wheat (If they had building levels from Base Game those now exist), Outer Manchuria has traded levels of coal and iron for lead, Hokkaido now has Pasture Subsistence, Campania and Tuscany gained 10 Arable Land (Which doesn't really do much at game start considering the fact I doubled Subsistence Employment). I have also updated the history files.

New Glass Production Method, Safety Glass, this adds more Lead and Oil to the final inputs for Glass Production, as well as an Iron and Sulfur Input. There are 3 types of Safety Glass, 2 of which are represented, Toughened Glass and Wire Mesh Glass, Laminated Glass can't be added since it is a combination of Glass and Plastic, but the other two can be, and they predate Laminated Glass, which is why I chose the tech I chose for them.
