Update 3 release

- Landscape material rework
- Tree replacement
- Tri decimation adjustments on LODs and objects.
- Grass adjustments.
- Texture sample resizes and downscales (Physically changed to adjust file size.)
- Asset inventory in mod file has been downsized and overall mod file has been decreased.

Ok people sit down and read my notes

- Major rework to LOD triangle counts and distances have been adjusted dramatically. (probably won't notice much)
- Terrain LOD has been adjusted.
- Complete landscape re-sculpting of the southern tip of the island and texturing. (might touch up on landscape rock type later)
- Redid rock placement on southern tip. mostly on coasts.
- Major texture scaling has been done to decrease VRAM usage (Dramatically).
- Removed some unseen landscape components.

- Placed some singleplayer only vehicles for exploration of the entire island.
- Added more nav meshes for the AI to walk to the AAS points.
- did I forget to mention that the AAS capture points have been completely reworked.

- New Lighting!
- Removed Blocking boxes. you can now explore!
- Optimization galore (Trees, rocks, culling distances adjusted)
- Another Valley almosted completed.
- Adjusted coast line terrain on the one section where the AAS points are.
