- Fixed Salvage Command not accounting for the multiplier in the prediction interface causing it to show the vanilla number of items, even though the rewards were actually multiplied.

- Slightly tweaked salvage item rarities as follows:
Legendary = 0.06 -> 0.05
Exotic = 0.09 -> 0.07
Exceptional = 0.14
Rare = 0.18 -> 0.19
Uncommon = 0.25 -> 0.26
Common = 0.28 -> 0.29

- Changed Scout and Travel commands to be modified down to 50% duration instead of 60%, to help speed up the early game a little more.

- Fixed scouting command time being divided by 0.6 instead of multiplied by it. This was causing it to actually increase the time rather than decrease it.
