Research labs tier 4-6 with Technocracy Civic add Head Researchers (HR) and remove Researchers (R) in ratio 1:2.
T4 - 1 HR -2 R
T5 - 2 HR -4 R
T6 - 3 HR -6 R

I know that's not worth in mid/late game, but in early few unity is good.

BUG FIXES

Crystal Mines for empire with calamitous birth origin have been changed to Lithoid Crystal Mines if they colonize planet with meteorite colony ship.
Which could gives buried lithoid deposit, crystals or minerals.
Tier 2 have better chances for deposit.

Conditon to get rewards:
Origin = Calamitous Birth
Planet modifier = Lithoid Crater
More than 0 housing
Lithoid Crystal Mines t1 or t2
for t1 need to have 1 crystal miner job
for t2 need to have 4 crystal miner job

When you got deposit as a reward then you got notification.

Changed wrong upkeep of t2 gas extractor.
Now hive mind can't research tech avb capital 5 and 6.
Now tech increasing energy, food and mineral have updated version.

BUG FIXES
AI now will properly build better research buildings, hydroponics and betherian power plant.

After upgrading capital to tier higher than vanilla was unable build which to build need upgraded capital i found only 5 building which need that fix so should work now. Report with which one appear issues.

To upgrade tier 2 clone army now is need to have capital t4 before was t5.
Faster assembly, stronger empire :)

Added tier 2 for posthumous employment center which decrease debuff to production and increase trade for zombies.

Added few technologies to balance some tier 2 buildings:
all toxic baths tier 2
offspring nest tier 2
posthumous employment center tier 2

To unlock this technologies necessary are have unlocked tier 4 capital.

Fixed when clinic t3 can't be upgraded to t4.
Added offspring pool t2.
Fixed when capitals on hive world don't add offspring drone and reduce spawning drone.
