Producing nails recipe won't need a anvil anymore.

Added more places you can find metal cutters and hand drills.

Lowered some needle related recipe skill requirements.

Small tweak.

Fixed nail/screw making recipes as they were giving out too much stuff.

You can now use 'Place' function with all items and don't need to drop them - It won't change much by default but when you are playing with the settings where everything you drop gets deleted then this is good.

You can now dismantle railroad tracks into metal.

Fixed some recipes not showing up in learn-magazines.

Metalworker profession now wont make other professions disappear after respawn/new character creation on same save - will spawn proper free recipes and XP boosters as well.

Fixed recipe book distribution - my bad!
