-Added Colonial, Debris, HackingMalf, LostShip, MilkyWay, Slug, Zoltan, And Deepspace songs
-increased the likelyhood of FTL music showing up (20% ,up from 11%, every 20 mins)
-reduced the zoom range required to make the song highpass
-added a second possible "void" track for when players are not focusing on their ship

-Civil will no longer be the first song to play every time FTL music plays
-fixed mod not being considered compatible with the current versions (It was but cosmoteer requires me to manually tell it that)
