-Fixed Temperature Icon in the HUD, should now be removed for all players

-Turned on "Kill Reward" tokens

-Fixed Textures/Materials for new secret feature added last patch :)

-Renamed Dunce Hat to WIP
-Added level check for "Kill Reward"; currently set to 30 for both players until further notice
-Tweaked "Demon Steel" feat requirements to align with new secret feature :)
