uhh no more mw sweps thanks (i cba to fix for just it in specific)

whoops did NOT mean to treat it like a boolean

setting intensity to 0 practically disables the hooks altogether (same effect as before but enables a band-aid fix for breaking viewmodels etc)

reverting the mw sweps related change (it was fixed on base again)

fixed error on death

Added a hotfix to disable bobbing when holding an MW Swep. It'll be dealt with later.
