-edited viewmodels to twist and deform less

-added a bodygroup for the soldiers belt pouches.
-rerigged the model for better animations.
-improved c_hands
-edited physics of the arms for less glitching and cliping
-redid proportions.

changed the team color from skins to different playermodels.
changed ragdoll physics to be more like TF2.
c_hands now match team color.
fixed the soldiers eye tracking
