-blocked entry into the buggy escalator platforms, full fix to the CP areas coming this week

Day 1 patch:
-fixed all issues with the elevators and repositioned some of them, to remove the adverse effect of angular position preservation on teleportation.
-redone geometry on the SCP 682 enclosure entry

- fixed a critical lack of geometry at the cafeteria entrance that allowed for looking through walls
-added mists to the boiler rooms in HCZ
-fixed the server racks in the SCP 096 spawn area

input correction for the update from a few minutes ago

-made the remote operation of the alpha warhead lever usable
-changed textures in the scp 049 spawn area
-changed the area around the faction support elevator destination

-Fixed issues with elevators being summoned to the floor they were already at
