Added support for the Great Builders DLC (Theodora, Ludwig II, and Sejong).

Nerfed Ptolemaic Cleopatra. Resource yield is now restricted to resources along Floodplains like normal, not all resources along a River.

Fixed bug with Ptolemaic Cleopatra causing her ability to erroneously grant bonus yields to all tiles adjacent to a river, instead of tiles with resources as intended.

Added support for Rulers of the Sahara DLC (Ramses, Sundiata Keita, and Ptolemaic Cleopatra).

Minor bug fix

Minor changes to Suleiman (Kanuni). Second free Governor Title moved back to Gunpowder instead of Siege Tactics. Also, fixed text to correctly state that he gets the Barbary Corsair, not Janissary.

Added support for Julius Caesar.

Added support for Rulers of China DLC.
