* Reworked the 'Access Road' addon to be more than just a straight road, now has a gatehouse, lake and some extra flavour.

Fixed problem with access road addon not appearing on main map. Due to the way maps work in PZ this will only appear on fresh saves, or those where the base has not been visited yet.

Added a new optional addon that connects the research facility to southern Rosewood, KY by a proper road. Adds realism, but makes it a lot easier to access the base.

Increased zombie spawns significantly in the base area, increasing the challenge.

Minor fixes.
