Added Scout Trooper. Removed ropes from Stormtrooper and Sandtrooper. The new Scout Trooper doesn't have ropes. Edit: Scout Trooper in this version had a rope one of his arms. That has been removed.

Added Phase II Commander Cody and Phase I Clone Trooper.
Changed the armor material on most ragdolls from heavy metal to hard metal/hard masonry, which means that armor can now be destroyed by explosives. Slightly reworked some of the models. Made the heads harder and more realistic on most of the models.

Added the Sandtrooper and slightly reworked the Stormtrooper, Phase II Shiny, and Phase II 501st Trooper.

Deleted two voxel on the Phase II trooper .vox which made it impossible for his helmet to come off. And changed the top of the Phase II trooper's helmet.
Added the garter to the Stormtrooper's right leg.
