Buffs
+ DStrong now does more eruptions at full charge, and spawns them more dynamically based on charge amount. It also doesnt have as much additional charge endlag at ledges when no eruptions are spawned
Nerfs
- DStrong has a bit more endlag when charged to compensate for the buffs a bit
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added lots of new SFX and changed many existing sounds, to make a lot of stuff sound better
+ Fixed rune K and rebalanced it a little
+ Rebalanced Rune L a little, weakening the sword beams as a tradeoff for easier access to them
+ Moved rune C to rune L (so its lvl3), and rune D to rune H (so its lvl2)
+ Added a new rune C
+ Overhauled and improved how eruptions work (mainly for DStrong)

- Added a new mechanic where Sol will take extra damage and hitpause if hit during the endlag of certain strong attacks on whiff. Intended to further balance out very large/powerful moves in a unique, more fun way

+ Added some more KoB interactions stuff
+ Overhauled and simplified the armor outline effect, it's now just colored if its super armor and black if its a lower amount

- UTilt throw has a bit less knockback scaling (0.5->0.4)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases. Also includes some character-specific AI improvements, like better usage of NSpecial, FSpecial, etc
+ Added some more elemental stuff to hitboxes for KoB interactions
+ Tweaked some hitpause stuff
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)

+ Fixed an issue with Final Smash where it wouldn't move the opponent(s) correctly (this was due to the shaky hitpause feature and I wasn't aware til now lol)
