Buffs
+ FTilt jump cancel now pops opponent up a bit
+ UTilt combos into other moves better due to lower knockback
+ Jab1 can now strong cancel
Nerfs
- Made some hitboxes slightly smaller (Jab1, FTilt, UTilt, DAttack, etc)
- FTilt is now less active, moves less forward, and has slightly more endlag
- UTilt is no longer as much of a kill move (1.0->0.5 kbs), has more endlag on whiff, doesn't hit as low, and is 1 frame less active
- DTilt has more endlag (14/21->16->24), slightly less knockback (9->8 bkb and 1.05->1.0 kbs), and is 1 frame less active
- Jab1 and Jab2 do less hitstun and have more endlag, and Jab1 has more startup (6->7)
- Waveland and airdodge go less distance
Fixes / Other Changes
+ FTilt -> DTilt cancel now works with c-stick as well
+ Tweaked some sfx, vfx, and hitpause
+ Added phone tips for move cancels
+ Hopefully fixed portrait/css/results image being weird online
+ Fixed several things about the angle 0 effect

Nerfs
- NAir has more landing lag if using the powerful held version (7->10)
- Jab1 cancels a tad slower into Jab2 (4f later) and has just a bit more endlag
- Aerial DSpecial now has a bit of whifflag
- DAttack has extra endlag and 1.25x bonus damage on whiff

+ Strongs now give x1.25 bonus damage on whiff if charged below halfway, compared to the x1.5 of before (x1.5 still applies above half charge though)
+ DStrong eruptions now reset the bonus dmg on whiff if they hit afterwards
