Actually no idea what I did here, probably adding portraits that were given by the head dev of GWR.

Fixed Bela Kun's portrait not being anime.

Changed Ernest Monis's portrait.

Added a dependency for The Great War RolePlay mod so it is possible to use GAR with it.

Added a bunch of portraits that might not be in the game yet, and maybe fixed some missing portraits.

Added a few portraits I may have been missing.

Fixed an isekai portrait in Tunis, second batch of event pics for France.

Fixed some isekai portraits, first batch of added event pics for France.

Added a couple of minister portraits for France, added one focus gfx for it as well, although it's kind of a wasted effort since they're reworking that part of the focus tree, oh well.

An isekai portrait in Congo fixed (it wasn't the gorilla).
