Updated for the new HoI4 and GWR version. Only had to add 1 portrait, though there may have been ones I missed because they're added by vanilla, report these to me and be sure to tell me where you found them.

Update to the current GWR version. Apologies in advance, there is probably gonna be a lot of duplicate portraits in China because there is genuinely too many portraits, I literally cannot keep track of who I used already. Again, apologies for this.

Changed some of the main menu buttons' color (thought they were broken on my end, turns out some other mod was a problem)
