- Fixed game crashes caused by new issues introduced with Game update B42.1

- Fixed wrong outdated image being shown in the mod manager
- Added additional information to be shown in the mod manager
- Changed [Applies to B41]: reduced propane consumption of all CEP recipes by roughly 40% (varies due to rounding error) to adjust to game balance changes which already took place in B41

All changes in this new Version only apply if this mod is used in B42. In B41 everything is unaffected.

- Added auto-learn to all recipes (you can now obtain the recipes without reading "The Machinist" simply by reaching a high level in the respective required skill)
- Added new spawn locations for "The Machinist"
- Changed: spawn chance of "The Machinist" in containers was increased by 25%
- Changed: propane usage in all CEP recipes was reduced by roughly 40% (can be more or less due to rounding error)
- Changed: XP reward for all CEP recipes increased by 5
- Changed: crafting time for all CEP recipes doubled
- Changed: all CEP recipes have now been moved to the "Repair" category
