- Added Very Hard difficulty
- Fixed the bug of decisions costing 0 if loaded in a pre-loaded save (you need to select one of the two decisions in order to restore the proper costs)

- Added difficulty setting, allowing the player to choose the difficulty they want to integrate states
- Made it officially impossible for AI to use these decisions

- AI can no longer use these decisions
- Increased the cost of both decisions to make it slightly more difficult to core whilst still being fair
