Added more security checks

- Added more checks to check whether the player really has the Cloaking Module or not to enable / disable actions with it. (Player without the swep were accidentally be able to use the disguise menu, O.o)

- Added the ability to "disguise" to other jobs.
- Disabled the possibility to use the flashlight while cloaked.
- Added everything about the disguise mode to the config

- Completely recoded the ESP-Code.
- Added printings, whenever you do something like scanning a player or something.
- Added many metas for the esp module usage.
- Added "SWT_CM.Config.EnableESP" and "SWT_CM.Config.DisableESPInWater" to the config.
