- Added a glass shiv spear recipe, I need to make a model for it, as of now it's just the icepick spear model.

- Fixed the exploit by changing the way acquiring shards works. Now, the player gets a shard by removing the broken glass from a window instead of getting it when they pick up a broken glass tile. Make sure you are holding an object in your left hand (primary slot) in order to remove glass from a window.
