*Changed: improved Support for small resolutions
*Changed: when settings menu open the radial menu moves towards the center of the remeining space
*Changed: colors to dark not only because i think it looks cooler because the dragging of the menu needed different panel types which looked awful so i made them invis (you see the background basically)
*Added: Dragging mechanics for small resolutions which include standard dragging, some kind of sliding effect when you try to 'throw' them and if you drag it and reach the screens border it will continue scrolling with your speed

*Fixed: Bug: "[Overhauled Radial Menu] lua/gb-radial-options.lua:640: attempt to index a nil value" (tried to get the color from itself on creating when it has no color due to its previous non-existence) (Thanks to Grester for reporting)
