Merged a proper fix for the latest 64-bit branch Gmod update. Thanks Jane!

Removed the "Dumb workaround", as it is causing a crash on startup on the 64-bit branch of Gmod

Added a new convar: ttt_death_panel_hide_role 0

Fixed roles like detectoclown appearing in detective colour

Fixed the death panel erroring with playermodels not using all the standard hitboxes/bones

Now supports Custom roles' hidden role feature of the phantom and other roles

Added support for Custom Roles for TTT

Added ttt_death_panel_damage_taken to include how much damage you take in the death panel
