The Hexer now has an eyeless edit selectable by going to portrait 2, as well as three more color palettes to choose from!

-Added Ringmaster Trinket!

-Tooltip Malicious to state it's a free action
-+1 SPD at all levels
-Malform: 80-120% stun to 90-130% stun
-Eroded Mind: Bleed/Blight Amount Debuff scales like its Resist Debuffs, going from 20 to 33.
-Ichor Incantation: Rescaled all buffs from 20-30 to 20-33, added an equivalent disease res buff, launch from 43 to 432
-Bloody Scalpel: 1/3 bleed to 1/2, +15 Dodge to +20
-Broken Syringe: +20% Blight Resist to +40%
-Turning Point: +3% Crit to +5%

Hopefully fixed Cannibalize's stress heal, and Serum's hp heal + mortality removal not working. Let me know whether they work now or still do not.
