Ethics and Civics: Bug Branch Version 2.4.4

## Balance ##
• Aegis Corporation no longer requires pacifist
• Aegis Complex branch office building is now planet unique and has new effects
• Rooftop Farmers can no longer be taken with Agrarian Idyll
• Agrarian Idyll (And Corporate Variant) no longer provide Farmers per pop
• Agrarian Idyll (And Corporate Variant) can no longer be any degree of Anthropocentric, but can now be Fanatic Ecocentric
• The Future Society AP now gives +1 Effective Councilor Skill
• Peaceful Traders no longer gives Merchants Unity production
• Peaceful Traders no longer gives Merchants per Pop
• Peaceful Traders now gives Governors the Trader trait (If you own Galactic Paragons)
• Peaceful Traders now gives +10% Trade Value (If you dont own Galactic Paragons)

## Councilors ##
• Aegis Corporation now has a Councilor (Grand Secretary of Defense)
• Ornamentarian now has a Councilor (Master Crafter)
• Rooftop Farmers now has a Councilor (Urban Ecologist)
• Architecural Ambition now has a Councilor (Master Architect)

## Bug Fixes ##
• Corporate Dominion no longer incorrectly replaces Politicians with Merchants
• Oppressive Autocracy works correctly this time I swear

## Other ##
• Leaders with Bug Branch ethics will now state what their ethic is

Ethics and Civics: Bug Branch Version 2.4.3

• Oppressive Autocracy now works correctly
• Oppressive Autocracy may now be taken with Fanatic Authoritarian OR Fanatic Elitist
• Oppressive Autocracy can no longer be taken with Pluralist, Cooperative, or Libertarian

• Luminosity Cult now has a Councilor (Light Speaker)
• Gravity Cult now has a Councilor (Gravitic Wayfinder)
• Life Cult now has a Councilor (Master Weaver)
• War Cult now has a Councilor (Divine Champion)
• Machine Cult now has a Councilor (Hallowed Controller)
• Agrarian Idyll (Corporate) now has a Councilor (Agricultural Overseer)
• Interplanetary Mining Corporation now has a Councilor (Mining Director)

• The A Higher Purpose agenda now works with Priests granted by Cults
