Compatibility with Animated Recoil mod

-Significantly sped up progression of recoil control
-Significantly reduced the costs of traits and ranks
-Added a progression autosave every 10 minutes.

-Added a progress bar to show how close you are to being able to rank up

-Fixed a rare issue where the GUI could break the player's animation

-Added wipe data button.
-Lowered rate at which all passives are levelled up.
-Details on confirmation now visible in confirmation popup.
-Made the confirmation GUI look much nicer.
-Made the workout GUI look much nicer.

Fixed an issue with improper leveling of sway and strength.

-Fixed an issue where recoil control wasn't applied on mission start
