Fixed an issue where when selecting the Corvus Glaive villain you were not provided with KO tokens.

Added a missing icon to one of Gwenpool's cards

UI Improvements:

Villains selector is now sorted alphabetically and is separated by two shades of red rather than blue and red.

Buttons now grey out rather than disappear when incompatible with the selected mode with a tooltip explaining why they are greyed out.

All Fully scripted setups with additional scripting for Super Villain mode and Team vs Team setups.

Also Includes the recently released SDCC Grey Hulk Promo and Gen Con Juggernaut (Hero) Promo.

Other updates include a new Location selector where you can combine location sets, updated imagery for several Season 1 Heroes that had bad scans.
