First part of major code cleanup, fixed many bugs like 'Dead men tell no lies' not working with Noxx's custom roles and double jumping preventing 'People are Crabs' from working.

Removed some confusing names from the freeze randomat, frezze randomat now only triggers if another randomat mod adds the event, added 9 new randomats, fixed 'You've been golden deagled' and changed it's name to 'Don't RDM...', base files no longer load if Malivil's randomat mod is installed which ensures the latest version is used.
