V1.3.0 – Added new assets for 129 and corrected IDs; added new icons for naval ensigns for a number of countries; finished darkening all flags; loading priorities with safe patch and UBE bundle fixed (patching a number of UI functions); added patch to ensure the periscope target UI displays the correct civilian or naval ensign; fix for La Spezia to show Italian flag if UBE is not installed
