Added the 60-round 7.62mm M43 magazine for the AKM and (hopefully) the RPKM (although from what I've seen in the current code, the RPK is rather neglected compared to the AKM.

Accidentally made a mistake in the code for the .458 SOCOM conversions that made them unable to fire. Fixed now.
Made the .458 SOCOM and 12.7mm STs-130 conversions override the trivia for weapon class to Battle Rifle.
Updated the damage models of the .458 SOCOM and 12.7mm STs-130 conversions.

Forgot to properly code in the flag/element for the A4 Mk.2 Handguard to actually appear cosmetically. Fixed it now.
