Fixed VPP Map not responding after MiniMAp has been toggled on.

Temp Fixed VanillaPlusPlusMap not responding after MiniMap being toggled on.

NOTE: This is a temp fix, I am working on a permanent fix for this issue. If your VPP Map does not function after the MiniMap is toggled on then toggle it off to allow VPP Map to function.
