Tales of Griffonia Patch 1.0.1

+ Congress tree now loads correctly, meaning that the continuous focus section is no longer trying to trample it for attention.

+ National spirits now apply correctly.

+ Recruitment Policy Reform focus now requires Bolster the Ranks to be completed first.

+ Fixed Skynavian Redguard recruitment law policies.

+ After receiving 'An Ultimatum!' event, the receiving country will no longer agree to be annexed by Skynavia while they’re at war with another country.

+ Fixed missing localisation and typos.

+ The event window is now slightly wider, which makes big events work much better.

+ Removed reference about zoomers.
