v1.14 - Fixed lighter interior of sword to be grabbed by color swaps (for real this time)

This adds to v1.12 - Updated sword to have more clear tippers, fixed the on-hit fspecial trail, worked on colors to help tippers/sword recolor better with skins that change sword (and face) colors.
