-Forgot to fix her CoM trinkets that wasn't in the shard shop. woops... (Fixed)

-Update her camp sprite to be animated just like Steel Driver
-She now appears in the stagecoach and no longer needs a town event to make heralds appear in the stagecoach
-Updated the localization file to prep up for the Black Reliquary Patch coming soon or later.
-Any translators are welcome to translate or fix the english localization
