-Added the convar for max length of the rope. Default value is 2500

Slight changes to the code. Now should be compatible with recretations of original Ninja Rope.

Total overhaul on the base of another addon!
-No longer can connect to smallest objects, they tend to go wild and kill you.
-Sticky Bug Bait is placed at the point of rope connection on which you can stand.
-Finally, climbing up is no longer an issue!
-Rope now retracts in many more cases, including sertain overstressing that usually would cause you to bounce around violently.
-Rope now has shorter attachment distance. Way shorter.
-No longer connects to sky!
-Now connects to NPCs, lol!
-Even better physics, Jesus Christ!
-Finally works without spazzing out in errors in multiplayer!
-Many... Many errors have been lost in the past.
