Balance changes:
-Dspecial (extinguish) has had its knockback and damage reduced
-Fspecial has had it's damage decreased but it's knockback increased
-Fstrong has more knockback
-hurtboxes for supers, Fstrong, Dair, Ustrong, Dstrong have been fixed to exclude the flames
-Pyro now has a higher maxmimum for his heat meter, and also loses half of its current amount upon death.
