"Madness of Khaine" is now an AoE ability for better missile shutdown.

Hellebron now provides vanguard deployment for Executioners, SIsters of Slaughter and Witch Elves.

Removed Stalk and Vanguard Deployment since they are now obtainable from his personal skill tree

Added a placeholder trait for Rakarth which provide some stat buff to his units

Update so it does not say "Outdated".

Script update that should make sure traits trigger at the correct level.

Fixed a bug which stopped "Suppressive Fire" from working

Added new abilities for different unit variants. For the detail please refer to the github site.

Also some minor balance changes.

Changed the visual effect of abilities so they are more unique and visible now.

Combined some abilities into the same effect so the tooltips take less space.
