Players freezing and unfreezing now shows up at the damagelog, bugs fixed: pressing the drop ammo button removes all ammo from the gun, spectating a player will project a World View version of the gun on screen, custom playermodels will have texture bugs when frozen

Bug that makes players using the teleporter get a froozen screen fixed. Added server convars. Improved froozen screen effect with textures.
