10/8: Added 6 new models.
Added 1 new faction: Jizzy's workers.
They're having same relationships with the Loco Syndicate.
Included female Prostitute and Drug dealers.
Added 2 new models for the Survivalists.

-Syndicate's Female model is a bit buggy, I might fix this next time.

Sindacco Family
- They're from some few mafia related mission's cutscenes.
- 4 unique models and re-used mafia voices are included.
San Andreas Bikers
- Because they're just a common citizen in real game, They're fictional gang. (Even though the models are existing.)
Added Kane for Ballas.
- He has a unique model thanks to Mutfurry, who made GTA SA Advanced Mod.
Fixed Da Nang Boys Member's "PlayerOnSight" sounds error.

Removed 1 model from Russian Mafia. (Mafgoon3) This model will be used for Italian Mafia.
Just like the real SA, The mechanics are now friendly towards Italian Mafia as well.
Because of this new relationship, The Russian Arms worker's name has been changed into "Arms Workers".
